Brian de Costa, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. de Costa is board certified as a general radiologist. In addition to his training in radiology, his early training included a  bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Nottingham, and a  Ph.D in chemistry from the University of London. He obtained his MD degree from the University of Toronto School of Medicine and trained  in Diagnostic Radiology at the hospital of Saint Raphael in New Haven, CT. His most recent research work includes a diagnostic radiology project in interventional radiology. His earlier work includes postdoctoral work in the field of chemistry/endocrinology of vitamin D at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Tufts Human Nutrition research Center on Aging and several years of biomedical research training at the National Institutes of Health in the  Laboratory of Medicinal Chemistry . Dr. de Costa's practices all areas of general radiology and has an interest in computers in medicine.
