Advanced Vascular is a division of Advanced Radiology specializing in all aspects of vascular and interventional radiology, and headed by Dr. Joel Perchik.. In addition, Dr. Perchik was one of the first 20 physicians in the United States to perform EndoVenous Laser Therapy (EVLT), a nonsurgical treatment of varicose veins.  The vascular clinic was established in September 2001, and as of February 2003 is the only EVLT center in Tennessee.  We accept physician referrals as well as direct patient referrals.
